[!NOTE] 很多Marketing留学生的简历看起来像 "海报设计大师" 或 "活动搬砖工",唯独不像 Growth Driver。在美国求职,Marketing = Data + Creative。
本文揭秘Marketing简历中让Recruiter秒拒的 NG (No-Go) 行为,并提供Data-Driven的修改模板。如果你正在投递 Growth Marketing 或 Brand Management 岗位,请务必自查。
NG 1: 只有Process,没有Result (The "Doer" Trap)
很多同学的简历写得像岗位描述 (Job Description),只列出了职责,没有列出成就。Recruiter看到的潜台词是:“我只是按部就班地工作,没有创造额外价值。”
- Bad: "Responsible for managing social media accounts (Instagram/TikTok)." (这是JD,谁在这个位置上都要做这件事)
- Bad: "Created content for marketing campaigns." (So what? 谁看了?有多少转化?)
- Good: "Orchestrated omni-channel social media campaigns, driving 20% MoM growth in followers and increasing Engagement Rate from 1.5% to 4.2% via A/B testing video hooks."

NG 2: 忽视核心商业指标 (The "Vanity Metrics" Trap)
不要只写 "获得1000个点赞"。CEO和Hiring Manager不关心点赞,他们关心赚钱和用户增长。你需要展示你懂 Business Impact。

NG 3: 缺乏工具栈 (Tech Stack Missing)
现代Marketing高度依赖 MarTech (Marketing Technology)。如果你只写 "Microsoft Office",会被认为技术脱节。请确保你的 Skills 版块包含以下关键词(如果熟练):
- Data Analysis: Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau, Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP), SQL (加分项,尤其是 Data Analyst 类型的 Mkt 岗)。
- CRM & Automation: Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo.
- Ads Platforms: Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager.
- SEO/Content Tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, WordPress, Canva.
Action: 单独列一个 "Technical Skills" 板块,堆叠这些关键词以通过 ATS (Applicant Tracking System) 筛选。
NG 4: Summary写废话
- Bad: "Hard-working student looking for marketing internship." (这是一句废话,不仅浪费空间,还显得不专业)
- Good: "Data-driven Marketing Specialist with 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS. Proven track record in scaling organic traffic by 40% through SEO and content strategy."
总结:Resume Transformation Checklist
- Quantify Everything: 每段经历至少2个数字。没有数字就没有说服力。
- Action Verbs: 使用强动词,如 Orchestrated, Spearheaded, Optimized, Generated,而不是弱动词如 Helped, Assisted, Worked on。
- Result-Oriented: 永远遵循 Context -> Action -> Result (CAR) 框架。
