- 你是否懂增长目标(business impact)
- 你是否能用数据证明贡献(metrics)
- 你是否具备可迁移执行能力(execution at scale)

为什么 Marketing 简历最容易被误杀
Marketing 岗位的简历竞争通常很激烈,很多候选人的活动经历看起来都“很忙”。问题在于,忙不等于有效,执行不等于增长。简历筛选阶段最容易出现的误判是:
- 候选人写了很多 tasks,但没有 outcome
- 候选人写了结果,但没有 business context
- 候选人写了工具名,但没有方法和判断
你要做的不是把所有经历都写上去,而是把最能代表你增长能力的证据优先摆出来。如果你投的是 Growth 方向,建议同步看 Growth Marketing 候选人画像。
10 个最常见 NG 错误
NG 1: 把简历写成 Job Description
Bad:
- Responsible for social media content creation
- Assisted with campaign execution
Better:
- Launched weekly content calendar across Instagram and TikTok, improving posting consistency from 2 posts/week to 6 posts/week
Best:
- Designed and executed cross-channel content strategy, lifting engagement rate from 1.8% to 4.6% and generating 320 qualified leads in 10 weeks
NG 2: 只写 vanity metrics(点赞、曝光)
Vanity metrics 可以写,但必须连接 business outcome。
Bad:
- Achieved 50k impressions in one month
Best:
- Drove 50k top-funnel impressions and converted 1,240 landing page sessions into 168 sign-ups (13.5% CVR)
NG 3: 没有 North Star metric
每段经历至少要有一个核心结果指标,例如:
- CAC
- ROAS
- CVR
- MQL to SQL conversion
- Retention / Repeat purchase rate

NG 4: 工具栈写得像“软件清单”
Bad:
- Skills: GA4, HubSpot, Meta Ads, Excel, Canva, Notion, ChatGPT
Best:
- Built GA4 + Meta Ads reporting pipeline in Excel, reducing weekly reporting time by 40% and improving budget reallocation speed
工具本身不值钱,工具 + 场景 + 结果才值钱。
NG 5: 动词太弱,像实习流水账
避免弱动词:helped, supported, involved in, worked on。改用强动词:
- Orchestrated
- Spearheaded
- Optimized
- Generated
- Scaled
- Improved
NG 6: 缺少 funnel 视角
Marketing manager 默认你要理解全链路。如果你的 bullet 只在 top funnel,会被判断为“执行型但不懂增长系统”。
建议每段经验至少体现 one funnel stage and one conversion handoff,例如:
- Impression -> click
- Click -> lead
- Lead -> SQL
- SQL -> closed won
NG 7: Summary 写空话
Bad:
- Hard-working marketing student looking for opportunities
Best:
- Data-driven growth marketer with internship experience in B2B SaaS and DTC e-commerce, focused on paid media efficiency and full-funnel conversion optimization
NG 8: 忽略 ATS 关键词匹配
你简历第一轮常常是 ATS 或半自动筛选。若 JD 里是 paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, campaign analytics,而你全写成“新媒体运营”,通过率会明显下降。
NG 9: 项目描述没有 baseline
你写 “提升 30%” 但没写基准,可信度会下降。
Best practice:
- from 2.1% to 3.0% CVR (+43%)
- reduced CAC from $42 to $31 (-26%)
NG 10: 没有 A/B testing 和 iteration 证据
Marketing 面试官非常重视实验意识。简历至少要出现一次完整 loop:
- hypothesis
- experiment design
- result
- iteration decision

指标优先级:哪些数字最值钱
给 New Grad 一个实用排序:
Tier 1(最有说服力)
- Revenue impact
- CAC reduction
- ROAS improvement
- MQL to SQL conversion lift
Tier 2(强支持指标)
- CVR improvement
- Email open/click to conversion path
- Retention / repeat purchase change
Tier 3(可写但要谨慎)
- Reach
- Impression
- Likes
- Follower growth
规则:Tier 3 必须绑定 Tier 1 或 Tier 2,否则容易显得“会做内容,不会做增长”。
ATS 关键词和技能栈布局
Section 1: Core Skills(硬关键词)
示例:
- Paid Media: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Analytics: GA4, Looker Studio, Excel, SQL

岗位版本化:一份简历不要硬投所有 Marketing 岗
高通过率候选人通常准备 2-3 个 resume variants,而不是一份简历全投。你至少需要这三版:

如果你投递前没有做 versioning,简历即使内容不错,也容易因为关键词不匹配被 ATS 提前筛掉。
简历到面试衔接:每个 bullet 都要能口头展开
简历通过只是第一步。很多候选人在面试里会被一句 follow-up 卡住:\n“你写了 CAC 降低 22%,具体怎么做到的?”
你要提前把核心 bullet 变成 45-60 秒口头脚本:
- Context: 当时业务问题是什么
- Action: 你具体做了哪些关键动作
- Decision: 你在方案中做了哪些取舍
- Result: 指标如何变化,业务含义是什么
- Next: 如果再做一次你会优化什么
示例口头模板:
“At that stage our paid channel CAC was unsustainably high at $42. I restructured campaign architecture by separating prospecting and retargeting budgets, then tested creative hooks by audience intent. After four weekly iterations, CAC dropped to $31 while keeping ROAS above 3.5x. The key trade-off was slower top-funnel growth in week one for better conversion quality from week two onward.”
当你能稳定把简历 bullet 讲成这种结构,面试官会更容易把你归类为“可落地执行的 marketer”,而不是“只会写简历的人”。
7 天简历重构计划
Day 1: 先做删减,不做润色
- 删掉无结果的 bullet
- 每段仅保留 2-4 条高价值内容
Day 2: 补齐指标
- 每条 bullet 至少补 1 个数字
- 优先补 Tier 1 / Tier 2 指标
Day 3: 改写动词和结构
- 全部弱动词替换
- 统一为 Action -> Method -> Result
Day 4: 补关键词
- 对齐 3 个目标 JD 的关键词
- 更新 skills section
Day 5: 做一版 recruiter 视角审阅
- 15 秒扫描:是否一眼看到 growth signal
- 45 秒扫描:是否能看到你解决过商业问题
Day 6: 模拟面试联动
- 挑 6 个 bullet,准备对应口头故事
- 确保每条都能回答 “why” 和 “so what”
Day 7: 最终版本 + 投递节奏
- 针对岗位微调 2-3 个版本
- 按岗位类型(growth / brand / lifecycle)分发
