核心逻辑:Consulting firms卖的是结果(Result)。不要只写你"做了什么"(Job Description),要写你"做成了什么"(Achievement)。
- The "So What" Test: 写完每一行Bullet Point,问自己一句“So What?”。你做的事情给公司带来了什么实际价值?
- Metrics Matter: 尽可能使用数字。$, %, #, time saved 等。
